Job Description

Job Summary: The incumbent shall be responsible for executing technology enablement and Analytics related initiatives for Training & development. The incumbent shall support critical training and development initiatives that are being executed in the organization across functions. Technology Enablement and Analytics Implement, improve and institutionalize Learning Management System, employee app, and intranet to drive learning agenda in the organization. Implement best practices, use analytics and engage with supervisors to drive e-learning across the organization and build it as an integral part of the learning culture Manage e-learning content and create new content aligned to organizational learning needs in partnership with vendors. Work closely with key stakeholders such as supervisors, employees, I T, H R business partners and vendors with intent to drive learning agenda in the organization. Report out monthly dashboards on learning by various segments to Key stakeholders such as leadership team, H R Business partners, supervisors. Build real time M I S pipelines to ensure data is comprehensive, accurate and secured. Use analytics to institutionalize learning and identify area of opportunities. Enable Implementation of Learning Initiatives across channels Support Training Initiatives for distribution and Home office functions as per training plan for the year. o Training initiatives for Supervisory levels o Execution of I D Ps emerging from talent review process and performance assessments o Deepen participation in initiatives such as mentoring, coaching, experience maps Measure progress on talent development indicators and ensure Mo S achievement Desired qualification and experience: Should be a Management Graduate (M B A in H R preferred) with minimum 3 years of professional experience in the field of learning and development. Hands-on experience on L M S, e-learning and other learning technologies. Project Management experience with cross functional teams for organization level projects. High proficiency in M S Office Behavioral Competencies High levels of ownership & accountability with the ability to work with and through others Team Player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills who can perform effectively across levels High on energy, drive, passion, and commitment with ability to challenge status quo in an enabling style Self driven, with strong process & compliance orientation
