Recruitment - Manage all aspects of the recruitment process from manpower planning to interviewing and induction. Using different sources like – Newspapers Ads, Referrals, Social Media, IJPs, Campuses, Recruitment Portals, Walk-ins and Consultants (for critical positions) for getting the right fit for the organization;
Talent Management - Succession Planning, Hi-potential performer’s identification and management, promotions, career movement along with critical HR and organization wide initiatives, Individual development and Leadership Development. Employee assessment and coaching, 360 feedback;
Relationship Building with educational institutes and Manpower Consultants for attracting best talents;
Performance Management – Proficient in managing entire PMS cycle right from KRA’s setting to year end evaluation;
Employee Engagement - Designed and executed employee engagement
Operations and Administration - Maintain accurate employment records, Full-n-Final, exit interviews and grievance handling;
