Job Description

We are hiring Assistant Manager HR with 4+ years of experience for Kolkata location Notice period- Immediate or max 15 days Education- A Full time graduation degree (with minimum 50%). MBA in Human Resources from a recognised university/B School in India. The Profile Summary: Generalist HR including Recruitment, Joining & Leaving Formalities, Training & Development, Performance Management, Payroll processing, Statutory Compliance, Policy Implementation, Grievance Handling and Disciplinary Actions. Key Responsibilities: Employee Relations &Organization Development: supervising and coordinating work activities of staffs relating to employment, compensation, and employee relations Serving as a link between management and employees by handling questions, interpreting and administering contracts and helping in work related problems. Recruitment: Establish and maintain a recruitment excellence upgraded work force by strong sourcingsystematic techniques. Manage all aspects of recruitment process from manpower planning to interview, induction and learning & development. Searching for new recruitment agencies, monitors expenditures of recruitment. Responsible for the staffing efforts of the company through a deep understanding of the organization and its staffing need and possess strong interpersonal and communication skills. Guide the entire recruitment, onboarding and allocation process with due diligence. Performance Appraisal& Payroll processing:   Establish strong performance management culture that reinforces the organizations goal. The system should be an effective, rational and measurable performance evaluation system based on Targets and Achievements of the employees. Ensure smooth payroll processing as a monthly activity. Learning and Development: Support Managers and Directors in settinglearning and development areas. Monitor expenditure with timely intervention based on budgetsShould be well versed with compliance issues. Coor. Organizing Training programs both in House & external for the company. Monitor effectiveness and set appropriate actions, meet KPI targets and Analyse and provide recommendations.  HR Operations: Monitor and guide the leave management system and updating of monthly attendance. MIS reports generation Attrition, Resource Management, Competency Mapping, CTC analysis and other reports with HR analytics. EPF, ESIC and Labour Law: dinating with compliance department in terms of Statutory Compliance and other disciplinary issues. Experience : 4-5 years of relevant experience. Key Skills Required: Should be well versed in advanced excel, should have attitude to work, capable of meeting stringent deadlines
