Assistant Manager - HR ( Generalist ) @ Delhi, India
Our client is an FMCG Company and they would like to fill-up following position asap.

Position : Assistant Manager - HR ( Generalist )
Location : Delhi
Education : MBA - HR
Experience : 3 - 5 years
Compensation : Commensurate with education and experience

Role Responsibilities and Desired Profile :
1. Candidate will carry out a TNI and make a training calendar for the organization. A male candidate from FMCG domain will be preferred. He will Conduct orientation program for new employees. Coordinate and liaise with external consultants on employees’ training needs and arrange training schedules for employees.
Evaluate the effectiveness of the respective training programs by obtaining feedback from employees. He will coordinate all recruitment activities. Will take care of compensation and benefits.

2. Attends to employees’ grievances and complaints; provides guidance if necessary. Provides feedback to the management to enhance a better and cordial working environment. Carries out employee engagement activities.
Reviews, updates and maintains proper filing, HR manual. Updating the organization chart. Helps in preparing JDs and KRAs of staff members. Involves in yearly manpower planning and expansion. Manages and appraises subordinates’ performance and their career advancement.
