Job Description

- Experience in designing and formulating talent development, OD, L&D frameworks, KRA & KPI setting experience, goal setting experience, etc.

- Hands on HR analytics experience - creating dashboards, analyzing employee trends, attrition analysis, etc.

- Analyze data and construct HR Analytics dashboards.

- Undertake improvement in processes; work on HRIS systems and modify the project related documents

- Design and implement strategies for various OD processes like - Succession planning, Talent acquisition, and Development.

- Maintain strong connect and liaison with the virtual team and primary stakeholders of the organization.
