Job Description

Team Member - EB Servicing Key Result Areas Supporting Actions Renewal Data Coordinate with the placements team to identify renewal cases for the month Follow - up with the client for the policies to be renewed. Provide advice on any additional policies basis client demographics, business and other requirements Follow - up with the TPAs and insurance companies for the E - card generation Follow - up with the insurance companies for policy copy of the renewals Ensure that policy copy in hard is provided to the client timely Claims support Support for smooth cashless transactions, as required Follow - up with the insurance companies for reimbursements for cases other than the cashless ones Ensure that all claim documents are received from the clients in time and follow - up for the same, as required Ensure that all claims are closed within TATs and do necessary follow - ups with insurers to ensure the same Client relationship management Visit client sites weekly or monthly once (as the case may be) to ensure that they are touch based periodically Take up important client queries and discuss next steps with them during such visits Take client feedback on services of company.
