Responsible for managing the private car Dealers and DSA channel to increase their productivity, in order to achieve monthly and quarterly sales.
New business development & retention of the existing business through broking channel for Commercial Line (SME).
Interaction with new brokers. Create awareness & training to the brokers for enhanced business relations
To look after Relationship Management with dealers and producers, key corporate / commercial customers, alternate channel partners and maintain harmonious clientele relationships, by providing timely solutions to their problems.
To assist and support business planning activities.
To Communicate with External as well as internal stakeholders to decide the pricing, discounting and pay out terms.
Bringing new relationships on board to increase the business exponentially.
Responsible for monitoring the risk exposure by maintaining hygiene in sourcing of the business.
To continually review and measure team activities against performance targets.
To ensure high level of Customer service.
Should have 1-2 years of experience into broking channel or agency channel or bancassurance or direct sales or corporate agency
Passed out from Tier-1, Tier-2 or Tier-3 colleges
