Responsible for account specific communication training and support for all employees on the floor.
2. Administer Training Need Identification and Training Need Analysis basis discussions with Account Heads.
3. Provide coaching and feedback to employees and help them with professional e-mails and calls.
4. Conducts e-mail and call audits on a daily basis along with a weekly reporting cycle.
5. Provide feedback to operational management on performance trends and make recommendations for change/improvement
6. Track the trainings conducted for all employees in the account basis TNI conducted.
7. Managing the training database
8. Liaison between the account heads and the other training teams.
9. Develop coaching plans aligned to business needs.
10. Analyses performance trends at a site level in order to perform root cause analysis and identify improvements
