Monitoring legal & Technical appraisals
Ensuring speedy disbursals of Home Loans
Monitoring proper documentation of loan files of the region
Monitor the competitors market activities and recommend future strategies
Customer service – Attending to customer inquires / grievance on a timely basis, monitoring and redressing customer grievances and finding solutions for the chronic issues.
Train Supporting Staff on Policies & Procedures
Audit to ensure that the conditions specified in the disbursement advice have been adhered to and that all loan documents are duly filled and stamped / franked
Random verification of properties financed during branch visits
Verifying files where subsequent disbursement request are not forthcoming within a specified time frame
Ensure all NHB norms and audit requirements are being adhered to
