Job Description

- Developing and implementing a comprehensive communications plan for the company in collaboration with its key internal and external stakeholders and within the company's branding standards. - Leading the company's branding, advertising and PR initiatives. Responsible for day to day oversight of company's internal communications process. Drives adherence to corporate and employer branding principles in internal and external communication media. - Liaises with PR and event management agencies on publications (interviews, articles) and key events. - Manages the publication of any Company advertisements in print media. - Managing social media / Facebook / LinkedIn as well as feedback from Glass door / other platforms. - Overseeing Intranet content, making the Intranet an employee engagement tool, and providing approvals for any content change requested on the Intranet. - Ensure company-wide communication of all key events and operational updates at regular intervals such as through monthly newsletters. - Writes/edits content for key organizational announcements and ensures appropriate sign-offs before release. - Ensure all critical and sensitive communications are cascaded effectively. - Primary coordinator for the launch and roll-out of all internal employee surveys and external client surveys this includes end-to-end planning of the activity, drawing up a communications plan, liaising with concerned stakeholders and providing regular updates to the Senior Management team. - Ensures timely delivery and quality of output in organizational initiatives such as - year end message, annual calendar (employees & clients), Company videos etc. - Oversees administrative responsibilities for budgets and vendor supervision related to communications and marketing. - Leads branding of all company sites and ensures they are updated. - Seeks feedback and incorporates ideas on Communication related initiatives. - Successfully manages multiple projects, clients, and deadlines. - Supporting Bids team with content requirements. Support. - Guiding & supporting Graphic designers to develop material as per organizations requirements and guideline. Desired Candidate Profile: Qualification And Experience: 1. Should be a Graduate (any stream) with MBA / Marketing 2. Should have 1-3 years of experience in PR and Communication 3. Fluency in English (both verbal and written), Hindi and any other regional language would be an added advantage. Must be able to independently design and author a great story 4. Demonstrated ability to work calmly and maintain good judgment in fast-paced, high-stress environments, as well as an ability to escalate appropriately 5. Ability to think, plan and execute on multiple projects simultaneously in an organized fashion 6. Ability to conceptualize breakthrough events and carry them through execution 7. Experience in handling PR Agencies 8. Familiarity with new media industry in general Good to have: 1. Good relationships with key journalists of key publications in the market 2. Experience in Managing PR .
