o A graduate with 4 to 6 years of experience in Market Intelligence/Business Intelligence tools such as Qlikview , Tableau , SAS, SQL,VBA etc and certifications in SQL Reporting .
o Prior experience and knowledge in analytical/ MI role within financial services or KPO/ BPO domain.
o Expertise in Data Analysis, DBMS and RDBMS (SQL server/ Oracle and MS- Access)
o Competency in People, Process, Stakeholder and System Management.
o Proficiency in MS Office Suite and experience of tool development and automation using VBA, SQL will be preferred.
o Exceptional people management, leadership and communication skills.
o Ability to work in fast paced and high stress environments.
• You would be responsible :
o To lead and manage a team of Reporting & Automation Analysts; indulge in delivering best in class business solutions.
o To construct a framework to track KPI’s and generate report by studying all key deliverables.
o To design and implement strategies for converting MI to BI for key stakeholders.
o To undertake improvement in processes and support creation of products using tools as SQL, VBA etc. for web based platforms.
o To develop & maintain strong communication and foster strong relationships with primary stakeholders and customers.
