Job Description

1 Responsible for developing and implementing compliance framework that guides business teams in making compliant decisions
2 Devise SOPs for smooth functioning of business activities and ensure that all company and regulatory policies and procedures have been documented, implemented, and communicated
3 Take active particpation in understanding business strategy and proactively advise the business of associated risk and risk mitigation options
4 Conduct periodic internal reviews and audits to ensure that compliance procedures are adhered
5 Provide assistance to internal or external auditors in compliance reviews and serve as a single point of contact for business during reviews
6 Design and conduct training programs regarding compliance.
7 Actively liaise with Regulatory/Medico Marketing Team in handling queries from regulatory bodies
8 Conduct regular field visits to keep a check on market dynamics and provide feedback to the top management
9 Handle and/or oversee investigations arising from employee complaints
