Job Description

Manage Compensation administration and reporting for Siemens entities in multiple countries in Shared Services

Manage processes like Market Intelligence, Global Equity, Compensation planning, Bonus/Incentive administration

Customer Coordination and follow-up through business reviews and in day to day operations

Experience with data auditing and reconciliation

Minimum 6 -8 years of experience

Team management and people development skills would be an added advantage

MS Office (Advanced Excel and Word Skills) and Sharepoint skills

Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal skills

Bachelors degree in any stream is a must, Masters degree preferred
