Responsibilities

Assisting the corporate secretarial function for all the Indian entities (private limited companies). These companies are involved in various businesses such as stock broking and merchant banking, primary dealership, lending, infrastructure advisory and global sourcing entities.

Assisitng in conducting board and committee meetings, post and pre-meeting documentation/ other preparations, necessary filings, monitoring compliances, record-keeping, providing assistance in the
handling statutory and secretarial audits.

Well versed with filing procedures on MCA portal, secretarial standards on corporate governance.

Active assistance in case of any new initiatives and applications for new licenses.

Assist in the implementation of laws including the Companies Act, 2013 and related compliances.

Assist compliances pertaining to listed companies in connection with listed securities etc.

Ability to liaison independently with stakeholders while assisting on various corporate secretarial matters.

Skill:

Minimum 3 years of CS experience.
