The role would provide effective and efficient Business / Process analysis and general support in the following key areas:
Manage Transition Projects: This includes providing end-to-end support to UK/OE transition projects, specifically Insurance Operations related projects
Process Mapping: This role will ensure that all processes and procedures are accurately documented to enable superior levels of reporting and knowledge capture. The analyst will be responsible for working closely with the business to gather / analyse requirements.
To assist and support projects and initiatives by providing effective, value added and sustainable solutions
To work closely with the business in order to gather and analyse requirements; while ensuring that all processes, procedures, requirements and solutions are accurately documented to enable superior levels of reporting and knowledge capture
Provide adequate support and assistance to Assistant Managers and Business transformation Analysts to complete their tasks and mentor them as required.
Lead an engagement & ensure delivery on time and on spec for all the projects within the engagement.
Assess the effect of change on the projects with respect to costs, timescale and resource needs and report these appropriately.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously
Provide reports to Senior Management and stakeholders as required
Build good working relationships with the Customers and act as a first point of contact for the engagement.
Process Improvement: Analyse the existing processes and suggest process improvements by applying OPEX & LEAN methodology / tools and implement the solutions
To complete all consulting assignments including all project deadlines and deliverables, troubleshooting and problem resolution, conflict management, client and stakeholder management and all other relevant aspects of the assignments
Allianz India Projects: Work on business analysis/strategic/process improvement projects and carry out the project work, as agreed with Senior Manager.
Qualification and Experience:
Graduate / post graduate in any discipline
At least 5 years of related work experience with demonstrated Transition and Project management specific to offshore transition in BPO companies
Experience of running large scale complex transitions (at minimum upward of 20 FTEs in a single process).
Experience of setting up extensive Insurance Claims or Underwriting processes.
Experience in documenting business processes
Business experience via operational responsibility >3 yr
Must have experience of presenting and dealing with senior management and clients
