Job Description

Overall purpose of job: Marketing Executive is execution support role to the marketing function. It Involves day to day operations, follow ups and project management of the assigned project. It also involves vendor management, billing and accounting of expenses. This role will be assigned specific projects by the respective brand manager/ head of marketing apart from a few specific responsibilities of the overall marketing function. This role required basic understanding of marketing function, advertising, research, media plans, etc as well as accounting of marketing expenses. Exposure to SAP is desirable. This role will be groomed over a period of time to handle specific brand independently based on performance. Tasks and Responsibilities: This role being a support role within marketing function, the tasks and responsibilities can be summarised (but not limited to) as below Help respective Brand Manager in Execution of marketing plans for assigned Brand and projects; for example but not limited to; Media plans, Production of TVC, AV, Events, Schemes etc Coordination with Vendors, Agencies for Estimates, PO, Bills and payments for marketing function Day to day Coordination with Vendor as well as internal team (Packaging, procurement, plants, Supply Chain) for any changes with respect to Packaging and / or AWs Travel in key markets, develop strong relationships with the sales function, gather understanding of the market requirement and come back with suggestion for the marketing function to provide specific inputs to grow the brands Take up 1 or 2 Individual assignment under the guidance of Head Marketing / Respective Brand manager to specific Marketing Project to grow the business Drive Process improvement projects execution for Marketing Function
