Job Description

- Review contracts and recommend changes if any to ensure risk mitigation for the Company

- Liaise with external law firms and sales team where ever needed

- Provide inputs for negotiation of key terms if needed

- Maintain / Review contracts on periodic basis for renewals

- Establish process and adhere to SLA's

- Draft contracts where needed

Candidate Specifications :

- Qualified Chartered Accountant / Cost Accountant / Company Secretary / LLB

- Should have 8-12 years of experience in Contract Management

- Experience in reviewing project contracts with SOWs with client & maintain relevant data

- Excellent communication and interpretation skills

- Ability to convert legal language to simple business phrases

- Good commercial sense
