Job Description

Leadership :
Provide Guidance , Direction , and support to zonal Finance and Commercial staff to achieve their potential.
Build and maintain super working relationship across functions to enabling to deliver Cos objectives.
Lead by example with a passion, strong commercial advise and be an effective resources of the zonal management team.
Financial Control :
Ensure financial integrity with strict compliance of local statutory , regulatory and tax requirements.
Ensure financial integrity with strict compliances of companys operational policies.
Establish effective relationship with all functions for delivering complete and accurate results.
Commercial Support :
Provide commercial inputs into business reviews/ plans and potential opportunities.
Ensure system and process produces results within the required timeframe.
Take lead for implementation of initiatives for improvement in business.
Deal commercial aspects effectively and identify opportunity and implementation within authority level.
Examine Cos rules to make sure they are relevant and make recommendation for changes.
Analyse sales and other reports and suggest for improvements in units performance.
Resolve issues with commercial operations.
Manages daily operation on AR Management , Inventory management , Sales & Distribution ( Cfa and Freight ) expenses and Sales Promotion Expenses.
Dealing with customers and service providers effectively.
Works efficiently and calmly with stiff deadline.
Accepts extra duties as per need of the business.
Ability to assesses risks and makes recommendation basis details analysis and business situation.
Well versed with all statutory rules and acts relevant to finance and commercial operation.
