Job Description

1.Responsible for coding, unit testing, application support, bug fixing and deliver tasks assigned as per predefined timelines and quality standards 2.Provide technical assistance whenever required Work on change requests from business. 3.The resolution and recovery of assigned Incidents 4.Analyzes incidents to identify service restoration actions to be taken 5.Incident investigation and diagnosis of all priority type. 6.Assists with classification and prioritization of incidents 7.Detection of possible Problems and the creating a problem records 8.Excellent analytical and problem solving skills. 9.Investigates assigned problems through to resolution or error identification 10.Handle ad-hoc requests for Service status or one-time information retrieval/reports 11.Gather service data as needed for reporting and communications 12.Analyzing the process and suggesting improvements 13.Keeping affected business partners informed about progress 14.Participate in implementation activities and provide post implementation support. 15.Contribute towards updating knowledge assets 16.Document all the learning-s from the project 17.Adhere to the Agile Ways of Working Desired Candidate Profile: Candidate Experience Should Be : 7 To 9 Candidate Degree Should Be : BE-Comp/IT, BE-Other, BTech-Comp/IT, BTech-Other, MCA
