Key Duties & Responsibilities: Job Description:- o To lead the process of customer acquisition and building market share thru aggressively targeting new customers in DSAs/ Corporate/ MDUs/ New Builds Sales. o Guiding the Direct Sales / Corporate Sales/ MDU sales team in the execution of their sales plans in the respective cities to achieve desired numbers and market share o Develop effective and productive channel construct to meet targeted numbers and revenue nationally o Ensure flow of knowledge, skills and training to the Regional Direct Sales/ Institutional/ Corporate sales teams to ensure output as per targets. o Build and develop team. Enhance team motivation and productivity levels o Supervise MIS generation and analysis on a periodic basis and provide feedback on best practices to Chief Sales Officer o Assess training requirements on an ongoing basis. Coordinate with training content and local sales teams to implement training. o Provide regular assessments, devise and implement strategies to upgrade sales competence and develop, coach, mentor the sales team members.
