Drive and expand the sales network by generating leads through interaction with the Medical,Corporate and other potential communit .
Responsible for overall sales targets and business profitability.
Generate new business using existing and potential customer networks in the region.
Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales executives.
Monitor sales metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts) for the sales team.
Regularly engage with clinicians (within and outside MHC) & specialty team to generate new leads.
Forecast sales, develop out of the box sales strategies/models and evaluate their effectiveness.
Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer and clincian relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
Prepare all MIS/ Analysis related to operations, employees & customers for the region.
Accountability for timely registration and closure of complaints.
