Job Description

Role and Responsibilities This role will be completely responsible for sales and operations for the region for both EBO as well as Large Format Stores / Key Accounts. Sales Monitor the performance of all stores & LFS counters under the manager Develop sales strategies to drive sales growth in the assigned area. Conduct market research to understand competitors and market trends. Provide innovative ideas and suggestions to improve the market presence. Build sales culture and sale centric atmosphere among the team members. Conduct business plan review meetings with sales team. Will play a key role in sales forecasting; annual budgeting; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions Retail Operations - Implement operational best practices and processes as mandated by the company Ensure that high standards of grooming amongst all members of the team Will hold responsibility of collections, inventory management and stock availability at LFS counters Manpower management - Control employee attrition Build and maintain employee morale Allocate and rotate responsibility amongst the customer relation associates People development Provide timely feedback to the sales personnel regarding their performance. Develop performance improvement plan for sales team to meet performance goals Communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing job contributions; planning and reviewing compensation actions
