Key Activities: 1. Responsible for meeting the sales target for PB product individually as well as team-wise. 2. Organizing doctor meets for scientific discussions, participating in relevant meets 3. As and when relevant will be responsible for collections follow up in relevant institutes 4. A constant feedback on product up gradation and development 5. Co-ordinate if need be on sample collection status, reports dispatches to doctors through third party 6. Previous experience of 4 to 10 years for selling products through Oncologist is mandatory. 7. Team Handling experience of 3 years plus is a mandatory. Desired Candidate Profile: Functional Knowledge / Skills: 1. General - Product Knowledge, Market Knowledge, Planning & Organizing Skills 2. Specialized - Situation Management, Customer Relationship Management, Conflict Management & Negotiation Skills Key Relationship: 1. External - Doctors, Hospitals & Patients 2.
