Job Description

To ensure achievement of set objectives at the Territory/State level through market development & people development. To ensure successful implementation of business strategies with adherence to organizational policies. Driving sales team, motivate & guide them in the field & meetings. To build strong team & retain them. Being accountable for 100% achievement of the stated pre-defined business objectives of the assigned zone Develop & build the business in assigned state/territory. Expand & develop business in un-conventional channels of business ( Non-Chemist ) Build & strengthen the distribution infrastructure on long-term sustainable model. Daily Sales Outstanding & Inventory Management. Keeping a check on near expiry stocks and liquidation from Stockist. Ensure best in class execution on Visibility & Merchandising at outlet level Achieving monthly, quarterly and 55% annual targets Motivate & drive the team to perform. Provide constant On the job Training & Classroom coaching
