Job Description

Achieving monthly / quarterly / annual sales targets
Achieving trade / distribution norms in terms of penetration
Availability / visibility / merchandising new formulae
Organising and achieving collection from the trade to ensure time remittance to H.O
Launching new products and maximising its sales
Ensuring training and motivation of field force to achieve desired call average and throughput / productivity
Formulate and implement local sales promotion strategies within budgetary norms
Monitoring market intelligence / competition and providing feedback
Ensuring adherence towards C to S norms of the designated terittory
Team Motivation and leading from the front.
Graduate having 6 years + experience of sales through retailers/ dealers/ distributors/, Handling Primary & Secondary sales, sales planning. Responsible of achieving merchandising objective in the territory
