Job Description

1. This position is engaged to stimulate and develop 's business (including retail, wholesale & Insurance) within his/ her area to achieve responsible area's annual sales target.
2. This position is responsible to maintain a close relationship with dealer and Brand Strategic Business Unit in his/ her responsible area by making analysis in dealer performance, attending dealer and Brand Strategic Business Unit meetings, assisting dealers for their daily business workflow and systematic operation to improve dealers business.
3. This position is responsible for dealer training in all aspects of business in his/ her responsible area in order to support dealers to master more knowledge about business.
4. This position ensures to collect and feedback market information timely to support company to develop new products or optimize operational process.
5. This position ensures to develop and submit working plan and report with assurance of quality and timeliness by the requirement of sales department according to the business situation of his/ her responsible area.
RESPONSIBILITIES / TASKS and CUSTOMERS

1. Sales target achievement:
To successfully achieve annual sales target assigned by the regional head based on the overall annual sales target.
To assist dealer sales management for making sales plan in retail loan business based on dealers monthly or quarterly sales performance.
To to achieve annual wholesale target by visiting dealers across the area covered.
To develop new areas and more potential opportunities in the existing areas according to area expansion plan.

Head of Sales & Dealer Network, Regional Head of Sales, Sales Manager, Sales Support, Business Strategy & Marketing team, Operations team
External:
Dealer, Brand Strategic Business Unit
2. Dealer and Brand Strategic Business Unit relationship maintenance:
To analyze target dealer performance by using sales tools.
To arrange dealer visit schedule reasonably and appropriately with the economic consideration of traveling cost.
To arrange Brand Strategic Business Unit visit regularly from where the dealer information, local market trends and newly brand policies will be shared.
To attend dealer management meeting so as to improve dealers sales performance by gathering dealer recent information (sales state, stock aged cars, sales volume etc.), collecting dealers enquiry and problem, recording open issues and feed backing to Business Coordination Team for problem solving.
To assist dealers to sign and update the dealer cooperation agreement and appendix; To ensure timely resubmission of wholesale documents for limits renewals
To assist dealer to design and calculate subsidy proposal in order to improve dealers stock aged cars volume.
To propose, arrange and organize dealer event jointly with Brand Strategic Business Unit to maintain the close relationship with dealers and solidify dealers loyalty.
To ensure relationship with Brand ASM s to have synergy between Brand and dealership. Internal:

3. Training support:
To organize and provide coaching for new and existing dealers in retail and wholesale business including basic knowledge, retail loan business, wholesale business and sales skill advanced knowledge and any other training topic assigned by Sales Department and Brand Strategic Business Unit.
To prepare and update training materials to meet the individual or group dealers request. Internal:

4. Market information feedback:
To feedback all market information timely to Regional Head including latest local market trends and competitors' pricing information etc. acquired from dealership.
To report all information about dealers to Regional Head including sales performance, financial situation, operational issues, reputations, relationship with local government and direct or indirect involvement as the reference for retail and wholesale credit and analysis decision.
To support implementing market survey launched by company s internal departments with newest and effective information in responsible area. Internal:

5. Working plan and report:
To make working plan with assurance of quality and timeliness for dealer visit and submit it to Regional Head of Sales weekly on the basis of required working plan template.
To fulfill working report which embody the performance of working plan about the discussed result with dealers and submit it to regional management and business coordination team weekly on the basis of required working report template. Internal:
