Direct the day to day management of product aspects, marketing programs and Marketing/sales support in the region.
Direct the development of the tactical plans for product introduction, launches and work with local Marketing/Sales to implement plans. Manage demand planning and work with regulatory on local registration.
Provide input to the Business Unit Director for product development and pipeline.
Direct the development and localization of the regional sales training, education, promotional materials and programs.
Develop local key opinion leaders (KOLs) and leverage relationship with KOLs for regional voice of customer (VOC) and feed new idea process
Direct the creation and manage the marketing programs to increase penetration and drive sales of existing products sales and product promotions, and customer targeting.
Establish regional product positioning and pricing strategy; and provide sales support such as sales materials, customer presentations, information for recall communication.
Work closely with the Strategic Business Unit staff and Advanced Technology/Market/R&D development teams to localize the clinical programs (such as infection prevention, patient Safety and etc).
