Listing of new products across MT & institutional sales chains.
Responsible for achieving planned sales through distributors.
Manage distributors by adequate stock inventory, timely submissions and settlement of claims.
Work within company's allocated promotional cost and ensure most effective spending in driving sales and strengthen brands.
Motivate and lead key accounts sales team to achieve desire objectives set by company.
Enhance merchandising and ensure rightful planogram space.
Negotiate favorable TOT contracts with MT & institutional sales chains.
Ensure correct pricing of products and work closely with sales head and area managers overseeing traditional supermarkets and other retail outlets.
Provide trade information, competitors activities and market intelligent to company.
Manage accounts receivables, responsible for debt collection and resolve all long outstanding debts if any.
To ensure timely dispatches from DC to respective outlets & replacement with-in company policy.
Monitor sales promoters / merchandisers at MT & institutional sales outlests.
Resolve customer's trade issues, complaints and operational matters.
Manage and review outstation KA outlests through frequent market visit and liasing with local sales management.
