Job Description

Responsible for credit card business of the bank through Branch channel. Responsibility towards lead a team of high-potential process leads to achieve business excellence.Managing branches & Handling a team of Acquisition Managers. Conducting Weekly review of the team. Ensuring 100% product knowledge of team and good communication skills. Responsible for sourcing High value Premium cards (NTB), Card up-gradation & Re-billing business of existing customer. Business development through branch channel & open market. Increase credit card revenue business. Monitor Customer complaints and providing satisfactory resolution with in the TAT. Responsible for new hiring and conducting training for new employees.
