Sales 1. To implement various sales strategies in area of operation for achieving secondary and tertiary sales as per annual business plan and targets 2. Organize product awareness campaigns, demonstrations for end customers, prospective dealers and distributors, government officials like KVK and other agriculture research institutes 3. To enhance dealer and distributor network by appointing new partners 4. Ensure timely stock delivery to the market by co-coordinating with dealer and distributor. 5. Responsible for achieving daily / weekly / monthly / targets. 6. Responsible for getting approvals from key accounts/retailers. 7. Responsible for communicating and carrying out trade promotional activities. 8. Take customer calls and convert retail, institutional sales and possible partnerships opportunities
Key Account Management 1. To understand and implement strategies at ground/operational level in terms of trade promotions and sales related queries, by identifying key retailers based on their categories in his territory. 2. To identify key retailers in his sales territory that accounts for the maximum sales in the assigned zone but are not the loyal customers of the company. Responsible for understanding and gathering the requirements that shall help in penetrating competitors market. Channel Management 1. To coordinate with dealer/ distributor sales personnel for smooth functioning of order management. 2. To coordinate with the dealer and distributor for PO, Payments, Issue Resolution, helping them sell their stocks 3. To collect feedback from the retail outlets about any sales and marketing related queries/complaints and resolve the issues. If the issues cannot be resolved, then escalate the issue to the area sales manager/Area manager.
MIS/Commercial · To prepare daily sales report, weekly sales report, stock statement, collection statement, retail promotion expenditure statement. · To gather competitor information Sales (Volume, Value) data product category wise through distributors and from retailers (retail Audit) & Marketing activities · To identify high potential and new retail outlets for distribution in the territory. The aim of the sales executive should be not only to increase the sales revenue in the existing sales zone but to increase the coverage area.
