A) Usage of CRM for following:
i) Capturing all meetings in CRM with post meeting updates
ii) Recording all projects in CRM with continuous updation of the same
iii) Set up and update all accounts in CRM
B) Usage of Delta Kit
Providing the inputs to Team Leader for devising sales strategies for Max exterior.
Provision of information for planning local marketing activities (e.g. visit of trade shows, sales campaign, architect meets, installer meets, etc.)
Provision of input for product/solution development measures with respect to customer specific requirements
Achievement of objectives:
Monitoring achievement of own KPIs. Target achievement, Business Partner performance, Technical compliance, Business Partner personnel strategy, Conversion and realisation of business from Top Accounts of each Business Partner, New partner evaluation and submitting the recommendations. Prospective project pipeline using funnel technique.
Escalation of problems to the Team Leader during ongoing project / order management (e.g. problems with delivery, customer service issues, project pricing supports, issues with marketing tools, etc. )
Escalation of final quotations and non-standard payment terms to the Team Leader (when outside of own competence framework) before communication to the customer
i) Identify big/strategic projects of the region and work singly and/or jointly with project partner for conversion and maintain Sales pipeline of these projects in CRM for continuous business.
ii) Acquire new customer accounts and focus on conversion for business
Project- and order Management:
i) Liaison between Business Partner's/customer's requirements & the company for Commercial, Logistical, Technical & Marketing from lead generation to delivery of product and technical compliances at the installed site.
ii) Be a One Point contact of your defined region for all issues.
i) Regular Meetings with BusinessPartners, Architect accounts,consultants,fabricator and customer accounts of your region.
ii) Mandatory to make 5 calls per day with average not less than 4 calls
iii) Meet and evaluate prospective business partners and submit recommendations based on sales strategy and visit customer ongoing projects
Implementation of local marketing activities (e.g. trade shows, product trainings) as well as promotional activities
