PROMOTIONAL ACTIVITIES - Planning and monitoring innovative promotional activities in various Sales Institutions successfully. - To work out a detailed action plan for new year sponsorship/events REPORTING - To prepare an audit of a panel of outlets by the beginning of the month. CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP - To attend to quality and other trade complaints and settle them amicably as soon as possible SUBORDINATE DEVELOPMENT - To give on-the-job training to subordinates - To identify training programs for self.
