1. Coverage of HORECA / Institutions universe in the territory.
2. HORECA accounts defined as: Hotel, Restaurant, Pubs, Lounge, Disco and Caterers.
3. Institution defined as School, College, Management Institutes, Professional Institutes, Corporate, BPO/Call Centre, IT Parks, Multiplexes, Food Court Amusement Parks, Gaming Zones, Gyms, Hospitals etc
4. The critical roles are activating and retaining the accounts in HORECA / Institutions.
5. To achieve secondary and primary sales objectives as per agreed targets.
6. Ensure timely supplies and collection from all the accounts.
7. Regularly up-date your immediate supervisor on all market developments and opportunities
8. Ensure that you maintain the budgeted operational cost in your territory across the year.
9. ASMs need to work on relationship building in key accounts and maintaining them.
10. Good level of communication is required as the ASM deals with the modern breed of traders and professional who are well educated in the HORECA / Institutions channel.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Must have minimum of 4 years of sales and marketing experience dealing with HORECA in NCR/PUNJAB
