Developing overall Sales plans and ensuring sales growth in the assigned territory.
Setting up area wise targets and coverage plans.
Primary and secondary target achievement of the assigned territory.
Monitoring availability and visibility of all products in the outlets/ market.
Preparing daily market work schedule for each RDS points.
Tracking competitor activities.
Planning and supervising sales activation at District level and driving the sales team in the allotted area.
Maintaining and strengthening the existing distributor network.
Identifying and appointing new RDS / super stockists.
