Job Description

Responsible for all matters related to center, that is, business development and sales in respected Centers
Interact regularly with Sales Managers/ Team Leaders & ASOs to set targets.
Make joint calls with sales team, if required.
To lead the team to meet the business targets of revenue and profitability of the branches under Area.
Administration of Branch.
Responsible for sourcing of builder project files and get their project approval done by the organization.
Time to time updating them on new products and lending guidelines with updating market scenario.
Achievement of target as provided by the company.
Meeting the guidelines of company and the goals as provided.
Monitor individual & Team performance and take steps to improve productivity and correct aberrations
Ensuring Target achievement by co-coordinating with team.

Desired Candidate Profile:The candidate should have good communication skills .

Should have experience in field sales .
