Achievement of Primary and Secondary targets of the assigned territory
Set individual monthly, quarterly, and yearly target for each ASE/ISR and Distributor
Implementation of all RTM programs in the area.
Ensure numeric and weighted distribution increase in the assigned territory
Monitor ASE/ISR productivity and adherence to Beat Plan & PJP
Implement of all Trade Promotion & merchandising (Visibility) programs effectively
Monthly Sales forecasting with analysis of historic sales data, trade inputs, sales trends and target.
Key Accounts Management
Feedback on Competition pricing and other strategic changes
Prepare and submit reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information as per Management requirement
Handling AR of distributors
Ensure distributors efficient and effective support for the market coverage
Ensure compliance of ASE/ISR with their roles & responsibilities
Lead, coach and develop ASE/ISR to implement the channel and customer plans and achieve the desired in-store conditions and sales objectives at the store level
Conduct performance evaluation of ASE and review accountabilities
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
