Job Description

Key Duties & Responsibilities: Customer Acquisition Residential Clusters Engaging with the key decision makers and influencers of the buildings/ societies/ welfare associations in assigned terrritory directly or through channel partners. Evaluation of feasibility of wiring up the building for broadband services Cross functional Co-ordination within the organization to wire up the building for broadband services Driving Sales Promotional Activities within the residential clusters : Targeting existing customers to avail broadband services. Targeting non customers to move to the platform for D T H Broadband Services. New Build Liase with builders and tie up for providing D T H broadband services in the builders and tie up for providing D T H broadband services in the assigned territory. Obtain builder contracts that minimize companys capex, drive up N B charges Evaluate opportunity to provide broadband services in existing wired N B projects. Channel Management Appointing Channel Partners with Outbound Sales background, preferably with Ensuring adequate sales manpower as per defined norms. Performance evaluation Inventory management : Ensuring adequate stock levels Training of the channel partner staff Supervising channel partner sales teams in handling promotional activities. Managing first level customer issues and facilitating resolution. Ensuring adequate sales manpower as per defined norms. 1. Performance evaluation 2.
