1. He as an Area Sales Manager will ensure 100% implementation of Strategies by him and by his team.
2. He will ensure that team achieves product wise, unit wise primary & Secondary sales target monthly, quarterly, and on a yearly basis.
3. He will ensure timely collection of dues(as per our norms) from all stockiest of his area.
4. He is required to set up a suitable and effective MIS for his Regional's smooth running and periodic (Daily/Weekly/Monthly/Quarterly and annually reporting to Head - Domestic Marketing, Sales & Distribution.
5. We give lot of important to teamwork and Emotional Intelligence and we expect all our Working Associates to work cohesively as a Family.
6. He will be required to present performance - related data of himself and his team at timely intervals. Actual secondary sales figures of all territories and performance of every Medical Representatives must be on his fingerprints. he also have to take care of stock movements from stockist, pushing out slow moving products, prevent inventory build-ups and monitoring prescriptions.
