Job Description

Key Responsibilities - Managerial Responsibilities - Ensure recruitment , development and grooming of sales teams based out in different areas Ensure adherence to policies , procedures , processes and other regulatory requirements while conducting sales Functional Responsibilities - Plan and implement sales and marketing activities within a location in order to grow the loan businesses Ensure location targets are met and look after the DSAs , DSTs in all aspects (achieving target , attitude , discipline , compliance , product knowledge of the company & competitors) Ensure customer satisfaction in terms of services and interaction with credit team regarding customer applications Oversee collection efforts for the area and manage the loss line Operational execution of promotional activities with Dealers and OEMs Job Requirements - Qualifications - Graduate Experience 7 years of experience in handling sales & distribution (preferably in rural) Functional Competencies - Industry insights & knowledge of regulations around Tractor refinancing Exposure across more than one area/ state Sales orientation with strong negotiation skills Behavioral Competencies - Strong communication and interpersonal skills Key Interactions - Internal Nature or purpose of interaction Regional Sales Manager To discuss & review monthly , quarterly , and annual targets Sales teams To review their performance and set short term targets Head - Fraud Control To ensure alignment with organization wide fraud risk policy External Nature or purpose of interaction Customers To understand their needs and suggest appropriate solution DSAs To ensure sales targets are met; to provide coaching if required Dealers To evaluate service quality while conducting sales
