JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY Job Title: Area Manager - IFA Job Summary: Acquisition and Servicing of IFAs. Key Responsibilities: 1. Empanelment of IFAs based on Eligibility criteria designed by the company. 2. Supporting IFAs in terms of Joint calls/Training programs etc. for driving sales and meet the revenue target from the mapped IFAs 3. Providing continuous support to the IFAs on day on day 4. Drive IFA Engagement process Timely Resolution of IFAs queries Key Work Relationships: 1. Internal Reporting Manager, Business Head, Advisory Support, Sales Head, Various BD functions at HO, Associate Director, 2. External IFAs and their clients, competition, other stakeholders Person Specifications: 1. Experience 3 5 years of experience, preferably from broking background 2. Other Skills Passion for channel business, relationships and qualitative value addition in business Educational specifications: 1. Minimum Qualification Graduation & Above 2. Preferred Qualification Post graduate Additional Certification / Trainings (desirable): 1. NCFM Certifications 2. AMFI Certification Competencies : Behavioral Technical Patient and good listener Broking knowledge Soft Spoken but aggressive Equity knowledge Values relationships Understands business and costs Entrepreneurial bent of mind Strategic and solution based thinking
