Job Description

Develop and generate business for the state
Track performance of team and initiate corrective action where required
Ensure collection of Pre EMI and Regular EMI
Ensure TAT for disbursement
Visit property (sites) and ensure that the constructions are happening as per schedule
Ensure smooth coordination with Legal ,Credit and Technical team
Ensure conducting of marketing initiatives of the organization
Channel management & development like: Identification of field staff, Training, Grievance handling, Motivation, Guidance
Monitor collection performance at the profit centers
Guide the sales team to complete the files as per guidelines
Complete control of NPA and overdue cases sourced by team and their overall reduction to minimum
Monitor the competitors market activities and recommend future strategies
Assess, train & keep track of teams capabilities w.r.t. selling techniques, understanding of business processes & credit parameters
Customer service Attending to customer inquires / grievance on a timely basis, monitoring and redressing customer grievances and finding solutions for the chronic issues.
