11. Resolving Customer Complaints and grievances
12. Training, Leading & motivating the Sales Officers/Team
13. Ensuring timely reporting through team in company prescribed formats.
14. Involvement in the competency based recruitment process and coordinate with zonal HR for the same.
15. On job training and involvement in induction of team members.
16. Coordinating with HO for Brand related activities, Supply Chain, Finance and HR.
