Role may involve travel to customer locations (in India and abroad ).
Technical Requirements :
10+ years experience in software development roles, of which at least 3 years are in a team leader/ manager capacity.
Strong understanding of various Microsoft technologies like .Net, ASP.Net, WCF, Web API, MVC and/or Azure, with hands-on experience.
Ability to split large requirements into smaller chunks, estimate, distribute, track and deliver.
Experience in leading / motivating teams, understanding and taking care of team & collaboration issues.
Strong technical skills with computer science background or equivalent experience.
Quick learner, ability to multi-task and work under pressure, and work with geographically distributed teams and fast paced environment.
Ability to manage, influence through persuasion, negotiation, and consensus building.
Strong empathy for customers and passion for customer satisfaction.
Analytical, process-oriented, and hands-on mindset.
