Job Description

Citrix xendesktop , Vmware Vsphere VM management Will be the first point of contact for the client. Should be efficient in creating & handling the service requests & incidents. Candidate should consistently deliver the quality client services. Should have working knowledge of Active Directory/ RSA/ Windows 2008/2012 Administration. Demonstrate ability to assimilate to the new technologies. Should have basic understanding on ticketing tools like SNOW, JIRA etc. Should be able to handle the bridge on severity issues. Should have good knowledge of MS Excel/ Office, for the report preparation and documentation. Should have excellent communication skills. Should have fair idea of ITIL framework and its related processes Desired Candidate Profile: Candidate Experience Should Be : 2 To 4 Candidate Degree Should Be : BE-Comp/IT, BTech-Comp/IT
