Job Description

- Experience in handling customers complaints.
- Interaction, analysis & Counter-measure of Customer complains & in-house quality defects.
- Knowledge of Quality systems in line with QS 9000 or ISO/TS 16949.
- To study & prepare Quality checklist, ISIR Formats for the products Complete.
- To liaise with Customer & to visit Customer as & discuss & resolve all quality issues.
- Meeting the requirement on time. Customer satisfaction.
Competency Skills :
-He should be a self motivated individual having excellent communication skills and good interpersonal skills.
-Self Initiator.
-Positive attitude and Team work
-Good communication skills.
