The person would be a key part of the New Products team and will be at the junction of Sales and Product. He/She would single handedly own the most critical part of the Go-to-market for new products building new partnerships and alliances. Alliance lead is for products team Requirement: An MBA with minimum 4 years work experience B2B sales and alliances Preferably have experience in Fintech sector (Lending, Payments, Insurance, Forex). Demonstrated a knack for concept selling and customising solutions based on customers needs. Is comfortable with understanding and selling technology enabled service solutions. Role: Build and execute a strategy for on-boarding, solutioning and increasing business through partners Own & drive Partner Business Share and Partner Experience metrics. Sell a concept and then customise the proposition based on partners requirements along with Product and tech teams. Relentlessly identify, prospect, pitch, negotiate and on-board partners in the B2B supply chain eco-system. Work with BD & operations team to set-up an on-boarded partner at the backend. Design and drive campaigns and programs to aid the BD team to acquire customers through the partners.
