Compulsory branch manager/team handling experience in life insurance sales. - Experience of having headed a complete DSA / DMA set up in Mumbai as a PCH or a Branch Manager - Sales - Should be involved in direct sales, channel sales and driving an entire unit as a functional head. - Should be able to draw up the activities required at the branch level in terms of selling, marketing, local promotion, advertising and manage other behavioral issues of the agents and other staff at the branch. Basic Computer Skills Man Management skills - Presentation skills, Good communication skills - Ability to handle large number of employees in the branch and get work out of them.
