The Specialist Consultant in this role has experience in working with clients at a specialist level and brings practical experience of working with clients on elements of business change programmes. The role holder works with clients to develop their options and guide client decision makers with the goal of selling Advise services and outsourcing. He/ she is able to lead the Business Development and the complete pre sales process in selling business consulting offerings.
The role holder is also expected to sell and deliver hands-on business consulting outcomes to clients in areas related to their specialization such as: technology road map development, agile working assessments, discovery and baseline creation or deep industry specialization. The role holder will support clients through transformation programs, providing thought leadership in industry sector trends, ICT and application environments. Experience in specific domain will be an added advantage
