Adobe Analytics (SiteCatalyst) - Implementation Specialist
- We are searching for a new team member to share in our passion for data, uncovering actionable insights, and continuous measurable improvement using Adobe Analytics for various websites. Like all team members, this person must be extremely detail-oriented, with a curious nature and drive to constantly push the envelope of how we integrate clickstream data and technology to provide innovative solutions to our clients.
- The Implementation Specialist is responsible for supporting all advanced platform implementations for Adobe Analytics (SiteCatalyst), and conducting related analysis, tagging, testing, and reporting.

Responsibilities :
- Analyze client technology stacks to provide recommendations for optimizations
- Develop innovative strategies for tracking and tagging, and perform quality assurance tests on tracking implementations
- Direct data layer implementation on new sites and pages across website properties
- Work with clients and internal teams to install, configure, and use Adobe Analytics (SiteCatalyst)
- Partner with development teams for user acceptance testing and implementation
- Create Adobe Analytics tags
- Manage tags with or without tag management platform (DTM, Tealium, Ensighten, etc.)
- Manage all analytics and media tags
- Diagnose issues with existing platform configurations and tags, and provide recommendations for improvement
- Maintain working knowledge of industry best practices and changes in analytics platforms, and identify how they impact existing clients
- Coordinate upgrades and new functionality with appropriate internal and external team members
- Work with developers, as needed, to communicate what the implementation is designed to accomplish; define JavaScript functions that need to be executed
- Implement site personalization tools (Optimizely, Monetate, Adobe Target, etc.)

Requirements :
- Minimum 5+ years' experience in Adobe Analytics of which at least 3 years in end to end Adobe Analytics tags implementation
- Experience working with tag management platforms (Ensighten, Tealium, DTM etc.) and data layers
- Exposure to web diagnostic tools like Tagtician, Fiddler 2, Charles Proxy, or Firebug
- Excellent communication skills to articulate needs and opportunities with nontechnical audiences
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Tag management and Adobe Analytics certification a plus
- SQL skills a plus
- Mobile and app experience a plus
