Manage alerts for new/ existing servers with a basic knowledge on the working technology Monitor Server hardware & escalate issues to the right resolver groups Basic Monitoring on Citrix XenApp server and XenApp client. Support Netscaler Check status on Citrix XenDesktop and XenDesktop client.
